In application of the decree N° 410 on 20 Mars
1991 carrying creation of the presidential price for the youth called "Ali
Belhouene", the Ministry of the Youth, Sports and the Physical education
(General Directorate of Youth)
inform all the bodies, the associations, the
institutions of the youth, the culture and all the young creators and the
carriers of ideas of innovative projects in connection with six domains
indicated below,
1- A Price for the best cultural production
: value 3000 T.D
2- A Price for the best voluntary action:
value 4000 T.D
3- A Price for the best technical creation
: value 3000 T.D
4- A Price for the best scientific invention
: value 3000 T.D
5- A Price for the best scientific research
: value 3000 T.D
6- A Price for the best educative study:
value2000 T.D
That candidacies for the edition 2009
are opened from April 1st till December 31st 2009 according to modalities and
the following conditions:
I-Modalities
and conditions of individual participations:
1- Being aged between 18 and 30 years old.
2- Having a Tunisian citizenship
3-The project presented should have a creative
and innovated aspect.
4-The project candidate must not have served for
the obtaining of a diploma or a scientific degree, nor have been presented in
the other competitions.
5- Can be eligible only the works having for
object six domains mentioned in the column of the prices and must be accompanied
with the index card of presentation of project according to the attached model.
6- The works, the models and the prototypes of
the transferable projects must be put down at the Ministry of youth, sports and
physical education (General Directorate of Youth), located in Mohamed Ali Akid
street, El Menzah I 1004 Tunis, before January 15th 2010.
II-Modalities and conditions of collevtive
participations:
1- Being aged between 18 and 30 years old.
2-Belonging or being a member inner an organism,
institution or a youth association.
3-The project postulated should have a creative
and innovated aspect.
4-The project candidate must not have served for
the obtaining of a diploma or a scientific degree, nor have been presented in
the other competitions.
5-can be eligible only the works having for
object six domains mentioned in the column of the prices and must be accompanied
with the index card of presentation of project according to the attached model.
6- The works, the models and the prototypes of
the transferable projects must be put down at the Ministry of youth, sports and
physical education (General Directorate of Youth), located in Mohamed Ali Akid

Candidates
are able to remove the registration form and the index card of presentation of
projects from the General Directorate of Youth and regional commissariats of
youth sports and physical Education, or loading since the website
www.jeunesse.tn
Important advertisement:
Candidacies put down after deadline are
considered as ineligible, as attested by date on postmark.
